Xunzhong’s Compliance Adviser SPDB International to Resign on 20 June 2026 Over Fee Dispute

Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (Xunzhong) disclosed that SPDB International Capital Limited has submitted a resignation letter dated 21 May 2026, indicating its intention to cease serving as the company’s compliance adviser effective 20 June 2026. The resignation stems from a disagreement regarding service fee adjustments.

Under Main Board Listing Rule 3A.27, Xunzhong is required to appoint a new compliance adviser within three months of SPDB International’s departure. The board confirmed that the selection process for a replacement is under way and a further announcement will be released once the appointment is finalised in accordance with Rule 3A.19.

The company stated that, apart from the disclosed fee disagreement, no other matters related to the resignation need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
