Dongxing Securities Corporation Limited has officially submitted an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the voluntary termination of listing of its A-shares.
The move comes after the company announced that, due to its absorption and merger by China International Capital Corporation, the transaction will result in the company no longer maintaining independent legal personality and being deregistered. This situation falls under the provisions of Article 9.7.1, Paragraph 1, Item (6) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (revised in April 2026), which specifies "the company no longer has independent legal personality and is deregistered due to a merger by consolidation or absorption."
On September 18, 2026, the company formally filed the delisting application with the exchange, marking a significant step in the ongoing restructuring process.
