CNBM Reshuffles Corporate Secretariat: Pei Hongyan Resigns, Miao Xiaoling Named Board Secretary

China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) has announced a series of senior management changes that will take effect on 30 March 2026.

The company confirmed that Ms. Pei Hongyan will resign from her roles as Secretary of the Board, Joint Company Secretary, and Authorised Representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05, citing work adjustments. Ms. Pei stated she has no disagreements with the Board, and no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Following her departure, Mr. Chung Ming Fai will continue as the sole Company Secretary. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Ms. Miao Xiaoling as the new Secretary of the Board for the fifth Board session and as an Authorised Representative. Chairman Mr. Zhou Yuxian will remain the other Authorised Representative.

As of the announcement date, CNBM’s Board comprises four executive directors (Zhou Yuxian, Wei Rushan, Wang Bing, and Miao Xiaoling), two non-executive directors (Wang Yumeng and Chen Shaolong), and five independent non-executive directors (Sun Yanjun, Liu Jianwen, Zhou Fangsheng, Li Jun, and Xia Xue).
