Inkeverse Group Limited (03700) announced a board reshuffle effective 28 July 2026. Executive Director Hou Guangling has resigned to focus on personal commitments. The company confirmed that Hou has no disagreements with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.
Concurrently, the Board appointed Liu Zhiqiang, 39, as an Executive Director. Liu brings more than 15 years of experience in mobile internet R&D, architecture and management. Since 2015 he has led the development of Inke Live’s core technology and currently serves as the Group’s Chief Technology Officer.
Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Jilin University and a master’s degree in Communication and Information Systems from the University of Science and Technology of China. Under a three-year service contract commencing 28 July 2026, he will receive annual remuneration of RMB 2.00 million. He will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting and will be subject to the Group’s standard rotational retirement requirements.
The company stated that Liu has no relationships with existing directors, senior management or substantial shareholders, holds no shares in the Group, and has not served as a director of any other listed company in the past three years.
As of the announcement date, Inkeverse’s Board comprises Executive Directors Feng Yousheng and Liu Zhiqiang, and Independent Non-executive Directors David Cui, Chen Yong and Zheng Congnan.
