Average Pork Price in National Wholesale Markets Reaches 15.67 Yuan per Kilogram on July 10, Up 1.0% from Yesterday

The average price for pork in national wholesale markets was recorded at 15.67 yuan per kilogram as of 14:00 on July 10, marking a 1.0% increase compared to the previous day.

According to monitoring data, the "200 Index of Wholesale Prices for Agricultural Products" stood at 110.44, a rise of 0.06 points from yesterday. The wholesale price index for the "vegetable basket" category of products was 110.06, up 0.07 points.

Other key protein prices showed mixed movements. The average price for beef was 66.41 yuan per kilogram, up 0.2%. Mutton averaged 64.89 yuan per kilogram, showing a 1.1% increase. In contrast, the price for eggs was 9.60 yuan per kilogram, down 0.1%, while dressed chicken averaged 17.19 yuan per kilogram, a decrease of 0.7%.

For produce, the average price for 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.12 yuan per kilogram, down 1.0%. The average price for six key monitored fruit varieties was 7.11 yuan per kilogram, also down 1.0%.

Among aquatic products, the price for crucian carp held steady at 20.44 yuan per kilogram. The price for common carp fell 2.0% to 14.43 yuan per kilogram. Silver carp prices dropped 1.2% to 10.45 yuan per kilogram, while large hairtail prices increased 2.2% to 42.42 yuan per kilogram.
