XINYI SOLAR (00968) has announced that Mr. Li Shengpo, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the roles of (a) the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and (b) the company's authorized representative (process agent) for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. This appointment will take effect from May 1, 2026. On the same date, Executive Director Mr. Li Youqing will step down from his positions as authorized representative and process agent.
