Bulletin Express07-02

China Overseas Land & Investment Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either issued or treasury shares during the month.

The ordinary-share count remained at 10.94 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares also stood at 10.94 billion.

The company affirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for Main Board issuers.

Under the 11 June 2018 share-option scheme, no options were outstanding or exercised in June. The mandate still allows for the potential issuance of up to 811.40 million additional shares, but none were issued and no proceeds were raised during the month.

There were no warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements or treasury-share movements reported. The return was signed by Director Yan Jianguo and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 July 2026.
