Transport International: 450,000 Option Exercises Lift Issued Shares to 535.14 Million, HKD 4.77 Million Raised

Transport International Holdings Limited reported modest share capital changes for March 2026. Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 600.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each, equivalent to HKD 600.00 million.

Issued share capital rose by 450,000 shares, or approximately 0.08%, following option exercises under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 26 May 2016. Total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased to 535.14 million as of 31 March 2026. No treasury shares were outstanding or transacted during the month.

The option exercises generated HKD 4.77 million in new funds for the company. Outstanding options under the 2016 scheme fell to 10.32 million after the month’s 450,000-share exercise, with the same number of shares remaining available for future issuance.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement. No movements occurred in warrants, convertible instruments, treasury shares, or other share-issuance arrangements.

The company submitted the monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 April 2026, signed by Company Secretary Yu Wai Cheung.
