COSCO SHIP INTL (00517) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. Revenue increased by 2% to HKD 3.706 billion, primarily driven by higher segmental revenue from coatings and ship trading agency businesses. Profit attributable to the company's equity holders rose by 9% to HKD 771 million, mainly due to increased revenue, higher share of profit from a joint venture, and a net gain in foreign exchange. Basic and diluted earnings per share grew by 9% to 52.60 HK cents. The board has recommended a final dividend of 19 HK cents per share and an additional special dividend of 10 HK cents per share.
