Bulletin Express07-03

Wasion Holdings Limited has announced that its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, WASION, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., has secured the annual smart-meter tender from Mexico’s state-owned electricity utility, the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), for fiscal year 2026.

Under the tender framework, Wasion may obtain aggregate orders of more than RMB695.12 million during the year, comprising approximately RMB539.45 million for single-phase residential smart meters and about RMB155.67 million for three-phase commercial and industrial smart meters.

CFE, Mexico’s dominant power utility, supplies electricity to roughly 50 million customers and controls the country’s entire transmission and distribution network. The contract underscores Wasion’s competitive position and brand strength in international power-metering markets, further reinforcing its leadership in Mexico’s utility sector.
