As of October 7, the Qihui photovoltaic power station operated by the Qinghai Gonghe Branch of China Energy Investment Corporation had generated more than 1 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity this year, reaching 1.009 billion kilowatt-hours, providing support for the safe and stable supply of regional electricity.
Since the beginning of this year, the Qihui photovoltaic power station has anchored itself to its annual power generation target and made every effort to promote stable and increased output. It has strengthened the foundation of safety and environmental protection, continued to advance the standardization of safety production, regularly organized special safety rectification actions, standardized the establishment of hidden danger investigation and governance ledgers, and implemented full-process closed-loop management of "discovery-rectification-review" to ensure that hidden dangers are rectified in place.
It has continued to strengthen environmental protection monitoring and control, stabilize pollutant emission indicators, and optimize the operating efficiency of environmental protection facilities. In light of current seasonal climate characteristics and the requirements of the 100-day major campaign to ensure supply, it has revised and improved special emergency plans for extreme weather, equipment failures, and other situations, carried out practical emergency drills, and fostered a good atmosphere in which "everyone talks about safety and everything emphasizes environmental protection."
At the same time, it has tapped deeper into the potential for improving efficiency through operation and maintenance, closely followed the task of "ensuring supply and ensuring targets," seized all favorable opportunities for power generation, and precisely implemented various measures to stabilize production and ensure supply. It has made full use of low-load periods such as nighttime and cloudy days to carry out full-coverage hidden danger investigations, continuously increasing the available hours of equipment.
Relying on drone infrared thermal imaging inspection technology, it accurately identifies "hot spot effects" and hidden crack defects in photovoltaic modules, and promptly handles low-efficiency modules and faulty units. It has scientifically coordinated module cleaning work, effectively reducing the impact of dust accumulation and shading on power generation efficiency, and laying a solid foundation for the long-term safe and stable operation of equipment.
The Qihui photovoltaic power station also regularly organizes operation and maintenance skills training and emergency drills. By simulating sudden scenarios such as extreme weather and equipment failures, it comprehensively improves the team's rapid response and coordinated handling capabilities.
At the same time, it has actively introduced a digital management platform to monitor power generation data and equipment status in real time. Relying on an intelligent inspection system, it has achieved early discovery and early handling of equipment abnormalities, providing data support for scientific risk assessment and continuously improving the station's refined management level.
