Simplicity Holding Limited (8367) Announces Executive Director Appointment

Simplicity Holding Limited (8367) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Qifeng as an Executive Director, effective from 23 October 2025. Mr. Zhang, aged 26, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Guangzhou Vocational University of Science and Technology, majoring in International Economy and Trade. He has been engaged in sales of agricultural and sideline products and serves as a general manager of Dongguan Jiashida Biotechnology Engineering Co., Ltd. since 25 February 2023.

According to the service contract, Mr. Zhang will serve a one-year term starting from 23 October 2025. He will hold office until the forthcoming annual general meeting, where he will be eligible for re-election. Mr. Zhang’s annual emolument is set at HK$240,000, determined by the board of directors with reference to his background, responsibilities, the company’s financial situation, and prevailing market conditions.

It was disclosed that Mr. Zhang is interested in 1,620,000 shares of Simplicity Holding Limited, representing approximately 1.96% of the company’s total issued shares. He does not hold any other positions within the company or its subsidiaries and has no relationship with any directors, senior management, or major shareholders. There is no additional information requiring disclosure under the relevant listing rules.

The board extends a welcome to the newly appointed Executive Director.
