GAPACK (00468.HK) Subsidiaries File SHIAC Arbitrations; Seek Up to RMB75.60 Million in Claims

Bulletin Express03-19

Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (GAPACK, 00468.HK) reported that three wholly-owned subsidiaries—Greatview Aseptic Packaging (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Greatview Beijing Trading Co., Ltd. and Greatview Holdings Limited—have filed arbitration applications with the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC). SHIAC formally accepted the cases on 18 March 2026.

Under the largest claim, Greatview Shandong seeks a declaration that its entrusted manufacturing framework agreement with Wintipak (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is void and requests the return of delivered goods and quality-assurance deposits, fund-occupation fees and damages. The provisional total amounts to approximately RMB75.60 million.

Greatview Beijing Trading Co., Ltd. and Greatview Holdings Limited each seek declarations that their respective trademark licence agreements and authorisation letters with Wintipak AG are void. No monetary figures were disclosed for these two applications.

The company noted that SHIAC has not yet ruled on any of the three cases, leaving potential financial impacts undetermined.

Trading in GAPACK shares has been suspended since 19 February 2025 and will remain halted until further notice. The company stated it will issue additional announcements in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules as developments arise.
