Mokingran Jewellery Group Co., Ltd. (Mokingran) filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 05 August 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its share capital structure during July 2026.

• Authorised/Registered Share Capital The company’s issued share capital remained at 273.02 million ordinary H shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. Consequently, total issued share capital stood unchanged at RMB 273.02 million.

• Issued Shares and Treasury Shares Total issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 273.02 million Treasury shares: 0 No share issuance, repurchase, cancellation or treasury share movements were recorded for the month.

• Public Float Status Mokingran confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the initial prescribed public float threshold of 25% of its H-share class as of 31 July 2026.

• Governance Confirmation Chairman and Executive Director Wang Zhongshan certified that any securities activities conducted during the month—if applicable—were duly authorised by the board and fully compliant with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
