Central China Management Company Limited has announced the online publication of its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying Annual General Meeting circular. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.centralchinamgt.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s revised Listing Rule 2.07, which supports a paperless regime effective 31 December 2023, the company is adopting a digital-first approach for all future corporate communications. Materials covered include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Key implementation points: • Printed copies of future corporate communications will no longer be sent by default. • Shareholders are expected to monitor the company and HKExnews websites for newly published documents. • Non-registered shareholders who hold shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide an email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications. • Stakeholders preferring hard-copy documents can submit a reply form or email centralchinamgt.ecom@computershare.com.hk, stating their name, address and request for printed versions.
Enquiries relating to the new arrangements can be directed to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, on +852 2862 8688 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays) or via the same email address above.
The board-approved notice is dated 27 April 2026 and signed by Chairman Wu Po Sum.
