The current season of crisp autumn air and clear skies marks a prime window for construction projects to sprint toward their annual objectives. At the construction site of the Keli Motor Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project, engineering vehicles shuttle back and forth, various construction machines roar in operation, and workers busily carry out their tasks in an orderly manner, presenting a vibrant scene of bustling construction activity.
This project is a key industrial initiative in Hunan Province, invested and developed by Hunan Keli Motor Intelligent Motor Co., Ltd., with a planned total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan. The project is being built on two land parcels, covering a total area of 193.2 mu. It aims to establish an intelligent manufacturing industrial cluster centered on Keli Motor Group Co.,Ltd. (002892) motor components, focusing on attracting upstream supporting supply chain enterprises and downstream terminal product supply chain enterprises, thereby creating a large-scale, intensive, and intelligent full-chain industrial development advantage.
At present, construction is underway simultaneously at multiple points on the site, with nearly 400 workers deployed daily. The construction processes for each building are being advanced in a staggered manner. The overall construction organization is standardized, and the building order is well-maintained, with project progress steadily accelerating.
Chen Senlin, project manager of the construction unit for the Keli Motor Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, stated that the main construction of Buildings 1 and 2 is currently complete, including the in-plant fire protection facilities, and the decoration is finished. The project is awaiting equipment relocation in November. The completed Buildings 1 and 2 primarily house high-speed stamping workshops, die-casting workshops, and warehousing. Reporters observed at the site that the foundations for high-speed punch presses and die-casting machine bases have been completed, paving the way for the upcoming equipment relocation and production commencement.
Currently, other factory buildings, roads, and pipeline networks in the park are being constructed concurrently with increased intensity, and the engineering progress for Land Parcel One has reached approximately 70%. The construction team has expressed its commitment to strictly adhering to safety production bottom lines and engineering quality red lines, scientifically allocating manpower and machinery resources, refining construction plans, optimizing construction processes, and fully seizing construction milestones to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
