BANKCOMM Completes Redemption of $2.8 Billion Perpetual Capital Bonds Overseas

On November 18, BANKCOMM announced that it had completed the issuance of $2.8 billion perpetual capital bonds (the "Bonds") in overseas markets on November 18, 2020. On October 15, 2025, the bank issued a notice regarding the redemption of these overseas perpetual capital bonds (Announcement No.: Lin 2025-066).

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, BANKCOMM exercised its redemption right and completed the redemption of all outstanding Bonds on November 18, 2025. As of the announcement date, there are no remaining outstanding balances under the Bonds. The bank has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the delisting of the Bonds, which is expected to take effect at the close of business on November 26, 2025.
