Mech-Mind Robotics Clears Hong Kong IPO Hearing, Claims Top Global Spot in AI-Powered 3D Vision Robot Components

According to a filing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 16, Mech-Mind (Xiong'an) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Mech-Mind) has passed the hearing for a main board listing, with China Securities International and CITIC Securities acting as joint sponsors. The company ranks first in the global AI+3D vision-guided general intelligent robot component industry.

The prospectus reveals that Mech-Mind is a supplier of intelligent robot components. Its products are deployed in equipment used in end customers' production and operational processes, primarily serving clients in the automotive, new energy, consumer electronics, logistics, education, and general manufacturing sectors. The company operates a product-centric business model, with the majority of its revenue derived from the sale of standardized hardware and software products. Its offerings are compatible with various types of robots, including but not limited to industrial manufacturing robots and service robots.

Mech-Mind provides integrated hardware and software solutions composed of robot "vision" and "intelligence" components, which are divided into two main product lines: intelligent robot guidance and intelligent inspection and measurement. Additionally, through fully independent research and development, supported by its proprietary multimodal large model Mech-GPT, the company has developed a new generation of foundational components for embodied intelligence. These components integrate multiple core technologies, including high-precision 3D cameras and a bionic five-fingered dexterous hand, Mech-Hand, designed for delicate manipulation.

Mech-Mind integrates its globalization philosophy into all aspects of its business, from product development and quality certification to sales, partnerships, training, and customer support. The company has established subsidiaries in key international hubs such as Tokyo, Seoul, Chicago, and Munich, covering the Asia-Pacific, Americas, and European regions. Financially, for the fiscal years ended 2023, 2024, 2025, and the three months ended March 31, 2026, the company recorded total revenues of approximately RMB 180.8 million, RMB 268.8 million, RMB 388.8 million, and RMB 106.9 million, respectively. During the same periods, losses amounted to approximately RMB 401.0 million, RMB 283.3 million, RMB 360.2 million, and RMB 56.8 million, respectively.
