CON AERO TECH Keeps Issued Shares at 9.30 Billion and Meets Public-Float Requirement in May 2026

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (abbrev. “CON AERO TECH”) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, indicating no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital was steady at 9.30 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also stood at 9.30 billion.

Management confirmed that the company continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, ensuring regulatory compliance.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the month, and there were no share repurchases or treasury-share movements.

The submission, signed by Company Secretary Kwok Chi Ho on 1 June 2026, further attests that all statutory and listing-rule obligations related to the company’s share capital were duly observed.
