Asymchem finalises buy-back of 117,500 Restricted A Shares, marginally reduces total share capital

Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. completed the repurchase and cancellation of 117,500 Restricted A Shares originally issued under its 2025 A Share Restricted Share Incentive Scheme. The cancelled shares comprised grants held by 15 participants—11 from the initial tranche and four from the reserved tranche—who have since left the company.

Following the cancellation, Asymchem’s total issued share capital fell by 0.03% to 360.66 million shares. A Shares declined to 332.83 million, maintaining their 92.28% proportion of the register, while H Shares remained unchanged at 27.83 million, or 7.72% of the total.

The transaction does not alter the company’s controlling shareholder structure, and management stated that the buy-back will have no material impact on operating results or financial position. The revised capital structure continues to meet all Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements.
