Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. (Lvji Tech) has issued a proxy form and meeting notice to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 27 Jul 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Guangzhou.

Key agenda • Single ordinary resolution: consolidation of every 50 issued and unissued shares of US$0.01 par value each into one consolidated share of US$0.50 par value. • Post-consolidation shares will rank pari passu and retain all existing rights and restrictions stipulated in the company’s articles of association. • Fractional consolidated shares arising from the exercise will be disregarded; the aggregated fractions may be sold for the benefit of the company. • Any director is authorised to execute all ancillary documents and actions to implement the share consolidation.

Procedural details • The EGM will take place in the conference room, 4/F, Buddy Hotel, No. 236 Gaotang Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, PRC. • Shareholders may appoint the EGM chairman or another proxy to attend, speak, and vote. • Proxy forms, together with any required power of attorney or authority, must reach Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, no later than 9:30 a.m. on 25 Jul 2026.

The notice, dated 10 Jul 2026, specifies that successful passage of the resolution will trigger the share consolidation on the second full business day after approval, provided that all stated conditions are satisfied.
