ALI HEALTH (HKEX: 00241) has announced the proposed grant of a total of 2.28 million share options and 56.46 million restricted share units.
The grants are made under the company's 2024 Share Incentive Plan. The share options are proposed to be granted to one connected grantee, while the restricted share units are proposed to be granted to 521 grantees.
These awards are subject to acceptance by the recipients to become effective.
