The rally comes as domestic new tea brands accelerate their overseas expansion, highlighted by NAYUKI's recent entry into the US market, signaling a broader push into international markets.
Guotai Haitong noted that AUNTEA JENNY is implementing a "one core, two wings" strategy. The core focuses on its main brand, with potential for up to 18,000 domestic stores. The "two wings" include its sub-brand "Tea Waterfall," projected to open over 5,000 stores domestically, and overseas markets, currently targeting Malaysia and the US, which are in early-stage development but hold significant growth potential.
Additionally, the company has streamlined its coffee business, integrating it into the main brand to drive incremental store sales.
