Chuangxin Industries Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 5 August 2026, covering the period ended 31 July 2026. Key highlights are as follows:

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000005 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000.
