The local warehousing sector is accelerating its transformation and upgrading, transitioning from traditional freight yards to smart parks and from single warehousing services to integrated supply chain solutions.
This intelligent cloud warehouse, developed by the Lanshan Industrial Development Group in four phases, adheres to an integrated "commerce, warehousing, logistics" model. Built to Class C2 warehousing standards with a uniform load capacity of 3 tons, it utilizes racking systems alongside new energy forklifts, increasing storage capacity by 30%. The implementation of unified warehousing and distribution, integrating storage with delivery, has boosted goods turnover efficiency by 40%. It innovates with a "city distribution logistics + dedicated line transport + distribution center" model, offering customized solutions like drop-shipping and warehouse receipt financing.
Among these, the JD LOGISTICS Jingxitong project commenced operations this March, primarily serving supermarket-type clients in Linyi, Zaozhuang, and Jining. Leveraging Linyi's status as a "logistics capital" and the JD LOGISTICS network, it achieves next-day delivery for regional orders. The Luzhou Laojiao Linyi transfer warehouse, as the sole transfer facility in Shandong, covers the entire province, northern Jiangsu, and parts of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, enabling next-day delivery across Shandong. The Jinluo Cold Chain warehouse is Jinluo Group's largest cold storage facility in Linyi, handling approximately 600 tons of goods in and out daily. The ZTO Express Linyi Transfer Center employs internationally advanced intelligent sorting lines, processing a single parcel through the entire workflow in five minutes.
Notably, the Jinfu Warehouse Receipt Financing Supervision Service Platform utilizes blockchain and IoT technology to generate digital electronic warehouse receipts, providing full-process supervision services. This addresses the financing challenges of high cost and difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently, the platform supervises over 2,000 tons of healthy meat products within the intelligent cloud warehouse.
Recognized as a "National E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise" and "China Five-Star Warehouse," the Xinminghui Smart Warehousing and Logistics Park has developed the industrial safety products industry's first vertical e-commerce platform. It integrates over 3,000 global brands, serves more than 350,000 channel users nationwide, and features a self-developed digital platform with over ten thousand sets of intelligent equipment, achieving 100% outbound accuracy. In November 2025, Alibaba International Station's Industrial Products Selection Center was established here, marking its first industry-specific selection center in a northern industrial cluster.

This park's route network covers 34 provincial-level regions and 325 key cities across China, reaching directly to districts and counties. Its online platform creates an integrated closed loop from market cargo collection to final unified distribution, with full visibility throughout. Simultaneously, the platform supports real-time settlement between network points, solving a persistent industry pain point of delayed payments that has plagued Linyi's dedicated logistics lines for 30 years, allowing these enterprises to operate more efficiently.
As warehousing scale continues to expand, the area has formed a diversified layout encompassing "ambient storage + cold chain storage + smart storage," with intelligent warehousing accounting for over 40%. Warehousing and logistics are deeply integrated with e-commerce, finance, and supply chains.
