Tysan Holdings Limited (HKEX: 00687) reported to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 30 April 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.10 each, representing HK$600.00 million in authorised capital.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 3.37 billion ordinary shares. Tysan held no treasury shares, and no share issuance, cancellation, repurchase, or conversion activities were recorded during the month.

The filing confirms the company continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other equity-linked agreements are outstanding, indicating no immediate potential dilution.

Director Fung Chiu Chak Victor certified that all regulatory, legal and listing-rule obligations related to equity matters were fully satisfied.
