Syntrust GK Sets Final Dividend at RMB 0.18 per Share for FY 2025, Payable on 14 July 2026

Guangdong Syntrust GK Testing and Certification Tech Service Center Co., Ltd. (Syntrust GK) has updated its cash dividend announcement, confirming a final dividend of RMB 0.18 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.14, shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive HKD 0.21 per share.

Shareholders approved the distribution on 15 May 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 19 May 2026, with the register closing from 21 May to 27 May 2026. Entitlements will be determined on the record date of 27 May 2026, and payment is scheduled for 14 July 2026. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is the appointed share registrar.

Withholding tax rates on the dividend vary by shareholder classification and domicile: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10%. • Individual shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau or treaty countries with a 10% rate: 10%. • Individual shareholders from treaty countries with rates below 10%: 10%, with post-payment refund procedures available subject to tax-authority approval. • Individual shareholders from treaty countries with a 20% rate, or from non-treaty jurisdictions: 20%.
