BAGUIO GREEN (01397) has disclosed its annual results for the 2025 fiscal year. The group reported revenue of HK$2.425 billion, representing a decrease of 6.9% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company amounted to HK$97.3 million, marking a significant increase of 80.6% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HK23.44 cents, and the board has proposed a final dividend of HK7.0 cents per share. According to the announcement, cleaning services, which form the core business of the group, generated revenue of approximately HK$1.897 billion, accounting for about 78.2% of the group's total revenue.
