Linklogis Inc. (Stock Code: 09959), incorporated in the Cayman Islands and controlled through weighted voting rights, released its monthly return for the period ending 28 February 2026. According to the document, total authorised share capital remained at US$50,000, allocated between two categories of WVR ordinary shares (Type B listed on the Stock Exchange and Type A unlisted).
