China Rare Earth Reports Stable Share Base for June 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

China Rare Earth Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, indicating that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised capital stood at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, amounting to HKD 400.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 2.79 billion, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled. Consequently, total issued share capital also remained at 2.79 billion shares.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or lapsed in June, and there were no other movements in share capital.

China Rare Earth affirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares. The monthly return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 July 2026 by Company Secretary Tam Tsz Yan.
