As of the date of this announcement, the Group has not entered into an agreement with Galaxy concerning the establishment of a joint venture.
According to the Board's knowledge, as of the announcement date, the Group indirectly holds equity interests in Galaxy through the Star Light New Economy Industry 2 Limited Partnership Fund (the "Industry Fund").
An associate of the Company serves as the general partner of the Industry Fund, and the Company itself holds a 16% limited partnership interest in the Industry Fund.
