Shares of optical communication stocks fell collectively in Friday’s premarket trading. Tower Semiconductor dropped more than 6%, Applied Optoelectronics declined nearly 5%, while Lumentum, COHERENT, Nokia Oyj, Astera Labs, Inc., and Corning each slid over 3%.
