Data collected by Sina Finance's "Liquor Price Insider" over the past 24 hours shows that on October 6, the average terminal retail prices of 12 major Chinese baijiu products recorded five gains, six declines, and one flat reading. Although decliners slightly outnumbered advancers, the cumulative gains on the upside clearly outweighed the losses on the downside, and the overall price level rebounded.
Among the winners, Wuliangye 1618 rose 1 yuan to 830 yuan, a modest rebound that kept it trading around the 830 yuan line; Qinghua Fen 20 climbed 2 yuan to 413 yuan, extending its five-day winning streak and setting a new one-month high; Guojiao 1573 gained 5 yuan to 882 yuan, staging a strong rebound after yesterday's pullback and returning to recent highs; Gujing Gong Gu 20 advanced 4 yuan to 552 yuan, refreshing its roughly 30-day high after a second consecutive daily gain; and Qinghualang added 4 yuan to 699 yuan, ending a three-day retreat and once again approaching the 700 yuan mark.
On the losing side, Feitian Moutai slipped 1 yuan to 1,801 yuan, falling back again after a slight rebound yesterday while holding the 1,800 yuan mark for a 17th straight day; Jingpin Moutai dropped 1 yuan to 2,464 yuan, continuing a narrow consolidation at high levels; Moutai 1935 fell 1 yuan to 688 yuan, extending a second straight decline as its earlier rally further narrowed; Yanghe Dream of Blue M6+ declined 2 yuan to 618 yuan, continuing to retreat from previous highs with a third consecutive drop; Xijiu Junpin eased 1 yuan to 633 yuan, its third straight daily decline that largely erased earlier rebound gains; and Crystal Jiannanchun slipped 1 yuan to 414 yuan as its rebound momentum failed to continue.
On the flat side, the average terminal retail price of Wuliangye Puwu Eighth Generation held steady at 806 yuan, moving into consolidation after two consecutive days of gains and remaining firmly above the 800 yuan mark.
The total terminal retail price of the 12 major products rebounded today. Although decliners were slightly more numerous, the cumulative gains on the rising side were relatively pronounced, pushing the overall price level back above the 10,800 yuan mark. If one bottle of each of the 12 products were packaged and sold together, today's total price would be 10,800 yuan, a mild increase of 9 yuan from yesterday, ending two straight days of pullback and marking a three-day high.
