LITIAN PICTURES (09958) has announced that all conditions stipulated in the placement agreement have been satisfied, culminating in the completion of the share placement on February 4, 2026. A total of 72 million placement shares, representing approximately 16.67% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the issuance, were successfully allotted to no fewer than six placees. The shares were issued pursuant to the terms of the placement agreement at a price of HK$0.20 per share.
