ZHENRO PPT (06158) announced that in April 2026, the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved approximately 391 million yuan in total contracted sales, representing a year-on-year increase of 5.11%. The contracted sales area amounted to around 26,814 square meters, with an average selling price of about 14,600 yuan per square meter.

For the period from January to April, the group, along with its joint ventures and associates, recorded total contracted sales of roughly 1.355 billion yuan, a decrease of 9.43% compared to the same period last year. The contracted sales area reached approximately 94,948 square meters, with an average selling price of about 14,300 yuan per square meter.
