Yum China Executes $3 Million Share Buyback on April 20

Yum China Holdings, Inc. announced that on April 20, it allocated $3 million to repurchase 61,700 shares. In a separate transaction, the company used HKD 7.73 million to buy back 20,300 shares. Additionally, the company cancelled 62,000 previously repurchased shares.
