Meeting Diverse Needs At the entrance of the Wanbu Town casual labor market in Anyi County, the 2025 "Hongpiao Talent Gathering" winter recruitment fair was bustling with activity. Job seekers moved between company booths, resumes in hand, actively inquiring about job requirements, salaries, and career growth opportunities. Employers patiently answered questions, and through face-to-face discussions, many candidates reached preliminary employment agreements. The event focused on the county’s key industrial needs, inviting 20 high-quality companies from sectors such as aluminum processing, e-commerce, foreign trade services, modern agriculture, and cultural tourism, offering over 370 positions to cater to job seekers of varying qualifications and skill levels.
To enhance the experience, a policy consultation desk was set up, where staff from the Anyi County Employment Center provided one-on-one guidance on subsidies, social security, and other policies, distributing over 200 informational booklets. A blind box interactive activity also added fun to the process, earning praise from attendees.
The event also featured an online recruitment mode. Livestreamed job introductions via the "Hongcheng Employment" platform and Anyi County’s official Douyin account allowed companies to showcase opportunities and answer questions in real time, breaking geographical barriers and improving job matching efficiency.
"I just came to shop but stumbled upon this recruitment fair. It’s so convenient to talk to employers right in my neighborhood and even submit resumes by scanning a QR code!" said Mr. Wang, a job seeker at a similar fair in Donghu District’s Victory Road Pedestrian Street.
Aligned with the grassroots service month’s theme of "benefiting livelihoods and promoting employment," the event attracted over 20 companies from tech services, HR, education, and other fields, offering both mid-to-high-level technical roles and entry-level positions. Interactive games and policy consultation zones eased job search stress, while the "Hongcheng Employment" mini-program enabled one-click resume submissions for seamless matching.
Showcasing Talent Attraction Strategies At a "Hongpiao Talent Gathering" fair in Nanchang County, 18 companies posted 283 jobs, targeting key industries like automotive, biopharma, and smart manufacturing. Local giants such as Jiangling Group’s Shenling Auto Parts and Qinglin Seats participated, with 35% of roles in R&D, smart manufacturing, and operations—highlighting the demand for skilled talent amid industrial upgrades.
The event drew enthusiastic crowds, including fresh graduates and "Hongpiao" talents relocating to Nanchang. "This is my third time attending, and I see my hometown’s companies growing stronger, offering great options for returning professionals," shared Zhang, a master’s graduate from Nanchang University.
In another fair at Qingshanhu District’s Wanda Plaza, 20 firms offered 804 roles in fields like new media and sales. "Our expansion requires fresh talent, and this platform helps us connect with education professionals," said He Chenyang from Mingsi Education Consulting. A livestream zone also engaged young viewers online.
"As a ‘Hongpiao,’ I feel valued here. The fair provides ample choices and career guidance to smooth our job hunt," said Liu Yuxuan, a telecom graduate.
