For the month ended 31 March 2026, Kinetic Development Group Limited (Kinetic Dev) reported no movements in its authorised, issued or treasury shares, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised share capital remained at 500 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each, equivalent to USD 500.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 8.43 billion, unchanged from the prior month. • Treasury shares: none held, leaving total issued shares stable at 8.43 billion.

Public Float Compliance • Kinetic Dev confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25% public float at month-end.
