CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited announced a leadership transition that places Ms. Wang Hua, currently a Non-Executive Director, into the dual roles of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, while also adding her to the company’s Finance Committee as of 13 August 2026.
Ms. Wang, aged 50, joined the board on 21 May 2024 and holds a Master’s degree in Management. Her career at CITIC Group—ultimate controlling shareholder of CITIC Telecom—has included senior responsibilities across tax, finance, and human resources, as well as directorships at listed affiliates such as CSC Financial Co., Ltd. and CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. She was closely involved in the listing process of CITIC Limited, the controlling shareholder of CITIC Telecom.
Under her service contract, Ms. Wang is entitled to annual remuneration of HK$2.14 million, with an additional discretionary bonus determined by the Remuneration Committee based on group and individual performance. She will be subject to the company’s rotation and re-election rules under its Articles of Association.
The board confirmed that Ms. Wang holds no interests in CITIC Telecom securities under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and has no relationships with other directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders beyond her disclosed positions. No further information is required under Rule 13.51(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Following the change, the board comprises: • Executive Directors: Luo Xicheng (Chairman), Wu Jun, and Wang Hua • Non-Executive Directors: Zhao Lei and Yang Feng (with Liu Kaiyuan as alternate) • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Zuo Xunsheng, Lam Yiu Kin, and Wen Ku
The board extended a formal welcome to Ms. Wang Hua on her new appointments.
