CMON Limited Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online; Printed Copies Available Upon Request

On 30 September 2026 CMON Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.cmon.com) and to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to review the report via these platforms.

The company has provided detailed procedures for non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies. By completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, such shareholders can obtain the current and all future corporate communications in printed form free of charge. Requests may be submitted by post using the prepaid mailing label or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely receipt of publication notices.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). The notification was issued under the authority of CMON Limited’s Board, signed by Chairman and Joint CEO Ng Chern Ann.
