The military procurement network recently issued a suspension notice regarding Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Co., Ltd. Following an investigation, the company was found to have allegedly engaged in violations and breaches of trust while participating in procurement project No. 2024-JLJFFC-W1001.
In accordance with military supplier management regulations, effective October 10, 2025, the company has been suspended from participating in military material, engineering, and service procurement activities across all military branches. During the suspension period, legal representative Yong Jun and natural person controlling shareholders are prohibited from participating in the aforementioned military procurement activities through any other enterprises under their control or management. Authorized representative Ma Bin is also suspended from representing other suppliers in the specified military procurement activities.
Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Urumqi Youhao Department Store, was established in 1958 as a time-honored state-owned commercial retail enterprise. The company underwent renovation and expansion at its original location in 1987 with approval from the Urumqi Municipal Government and commenced operations in 1989. In 1993, it was restructured to form Urumqi Youhao Department Store Co., Ltd., and its shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1996 (Xinjiang Youhao(Group)Co.,Ltd. 600778.SH). In 1998, the company implemented strategic asset restructuring and merged with Urumqi Tianshan Department Store to form Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Co., Ltd.
According to public information, on November 25, 2024, the company's responsible person changed from Yong Jun to current legal representative Li Hongsheng.
