Vigonvita Life Sciences Co., Ltd. (2630) will hold an extraordinary general meeting on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Suzhou, China. The register of members of H Shares will be closed from March 16, 2026, to March 19, 2026, both days inclusive, and no share transfers will be registered during this period.

Eligible shareholders must submit duly completed share transfer forms and relevant certificates to the H Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the register on March 19, 2026, are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. A circular and meeting notice will be published in due course.
