Tianma Microelectronics Co.,Ltd. (SHE: 000050) announced that its subsidiaries, including Shanghai Tianma and others, intend to sign Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station Energy Management Service Agreements with an affiliated party, AVIC International Project & Equipment Co., Ltd. The agreement entails AVIC constructing, operating, and maintaining distributed solar power stations on designated rooftop areas of the subsidiaries' buildings.

Upon completion, AVIC will supply the generated electricity to the subsidiaries at preferential rates for a 25-year operational period. The cumulative transaction value over this term is projected to be approximately 672 million yuan.
