Four Hong Kong-listed Companies Launch IPO Processes, Including Medical Robotics Firm, While Able Digital Inks Major Partnership with Alibaba Cloud

Several significant corporate developments have been announced in the Hong Kong market, covering new share offerings, strategic partnerships, and investment activities.

Key Corporate Actions

The medical robotics company TH Medical-B (HKEX: 02697), often referred to as the first publicly listed surgical robotics firm, commenced its public offering on June 22nd. The price range for the shares has been set between HK$119.3 and HK$135.4.

Jiangxi Bio (HKEX: 06915) has also initiated its share sale, which will run from June 22nd to June 25th. The company plans a global offering of 36.2345 million H-shares.

Laifual (HKEX: 03952) is offering 13.4419 million H-shares globally, with its subscription period also spanning from June 22nd to June 25th.

Xunlong SciTech (HKEX: 06715) is another firm launching its public offering during the same period, with a planned global issuance of 16.3329 million H-shares.

Able Digital (HKEX: 02687) has entered into a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation framework agreement with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.

Jinshang Bank (HKEX: 02558) intends to invest RMB 730 million to subscribe for 500 million newly issued shares of Jinshang Consumer Finance, which would increase its stake in the company to 70%.

SHOUCHENG (HKEX: 00697) has made an investment in Zhizi Xinyuan, aiming to support the large-scale deployment of the latter's core products.

XuanzhuBio-B (HKEX: 02575) announced that the first patient has been enrolled in a Phase III clinical trial for a new indication of its drug Anaprazole Sodium, targeting Helicobacter pylori eradication.

Sunshine Pharma (HKEX: 06887) has received acceptance from the National Medical Products Administration for the clinical trial application of its new drug, HEC-921 injection, which is a bispecific antibody targeting LY6G6D/4-1BB.

FOREST CABIN (HKEX: 02657) has been included in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series.

CATL (HKEX: 03750) has had its international credit rating upgraded.

Financial and Operational Data

SF HOLDING (HKEX: 06936) reported a combined revenue of RMB 26.586 billion for its express logistics, supply chain, and international businesses in May, representing a year-on-year increase of 5.87%.

SDHS NEW ENERGY (HKEX: 01250) achieved an operational power generation volume of approximately 577,800 MWh in April.

DATANG RENEW (HKEX: 01798) reported a cumulative power generation volume of 14.5464 million MWh for the first five months of the year, marking a decrease of 9.96% compared to the same period last year.
