RUIHE DATA (03680) has issued a statement, indicating that based on a preliminary assessment of the group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ending June 30, 2026, and current information available to the board, the company anticipates the following results for the period.
The group expects to record revenue between approximately RMB 95 million and RMB 100 million for the period, representing a decline of about 17% to 21% compared to the same period in 2025. However, profit attributable to owners of the company for the period is projected to be between roughly RMB 55 million and RMB 60 million. This marks a significant increase of approximately 27% to 39% from the profit attributable to owners of about RMB 43.186 million recorded in the six months ended June 30, 2025.
Based on available information, the board believes the anticipated rise in profit attributable to owners during the period is primarily driven by the following factors: The group's associate, Shenzhen Jichuang Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), saw improved operational performance, contributing an estimated RMB 11.843 million in share of profits from the associate during the period. In contrast, for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the group did not record any share of profits from associates. Furthermore, employee benefit expenses decreased by approximately RMB 4.148 million, and depreciation and amortization expenses fell by about RMB 7.668 million. These positive impacts were partially offset by a reduction in gross profit of roughly RMB 2.987 million and an increase in expected credit losses on financial and contract assets of approximately RMB 5.559 million. Overall, these combined effects are expected to narrow the operating loss by approximately RMB 3 million to RMB 3.5 million compared to the same period in 2025.
