CGS Maintains Stable Share Base in August 2026; Confirms Adequate Public Float

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 August 2026, reporting no changes to its authorised, issued or treasury share balances.

CGS’s issued share capital remained at 10.93 billion shares, split between 3.69 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 7.24 billion A-shares listed in Shanghai, each with a par value of RMB 1. No additional shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month, leaving both the H-share and A-share counts unchanged.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement for its H-share class. As of 31 August 2026, CGS held no treasury shares, and there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

All requisite confirmations regarding regulatory compliance, receipt of proceeds (where applicable), and documentation were provided by Company Secretary Ng Ka Man in the 1 September 2026 submission.
