Daqian Ecology (603955.SH) has unveiled its 2025 private placement proposal for A-shares. The company intends to issue shares exclusively to BBK Investment at a fixed price of 25.46 yuan per share. BBK Investment will subscribe in cash for a maximum of 33,385,700 A-shares. This offering aims to raise no more than 850 million yuan in total capital. After deducting issuance expenses, all net proceeds will be allocated toward supplementing working capital requirements.
