C-MER Medical Releases 2025 Annual Report and Adopts Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

On 20 April 2026, C-MER Medical Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying Circular are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.cmermedical.com).

1. Compliance with Paperless Listing Regime • In line with Listing Rule 2.07A, C-MER Medical has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. • Printed copies will be supplied only upon shareholder request and at no cost.

2. Arrangement for Non-Registered Shareholders • Holders whose shares are kept through CCASS must provide a functional email address to their designated bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary to receive electronic notifications. • Until a valid email is supplied, these shareholders must monitor the company and HKEX websites for new documents and will receive only actionable communications (e.g., proxy forms) in hard copy.

3. Request Procedure for Printed Materials • Shareholders may obtain printed versions by emailing cmermedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • The registrar’s enquiry hotline is (852) 2862 8688, available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

4. Board Authorisation • The notice was issued under the authority of the Board and signed by Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Li Xiaoting.

The company emphasised that the electronic-first approach aligns with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless regime and aims to streamline shareholder communication while reducing environmental impact.
