Phancy Group Co., Ltd. (PHANCY) disclosed a voluntary announcement on 30 April 2026 detailing plans to purchase GPU servers and related accessories totaling RMB400.00 million.
The servers will be deployed for model inference and training, supporting the company’s API operations amid rapidly increasing demand for API calls.
Management indicated that the vendors involved are expected to be independent third parties, with no connected-party relationships to PHANCY.
The transaction underscores PHANCY’s ongoing commitment to enhancing computing infrastructure as its artificial-intelligence-driven services expand.
