Huaneng International to Host 2026 Interim Results Conference Call on 19 August

Huaneng Power International, Inc. (“Huaneng International”) will release its 2026 interim results on the evening of 18 August 2026 and hold a global investor conference call the following day, 19 August 2026, from 16:00 to 17:30 (Beijing Time).

Senior management expected on the call include Director and President Liu Ancang, Chief Accountant and Board Secretary Wen Minggang, several independent non-executive directors, and other departmental heads. The session will cover the company’s operating performance and financial indicators for the first half of 2026, followed by a Q&A segment within the boundaries of regulatory disclosure requirements.

Investors wishing to participate must submit a reply slip to the company’s financial PR adviser, Wonderful Sky Financial Group, via hpi.invite@wsfg.hk by 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time on 17 August 2026 to receive dial-in details. Questions for management can be emailed to the same address by the same deadline.

Post-event, an audio replay of the call will be accessible on the company’s website (www.hpi.com.cn), enabling stakeholders to review management’s commentary and responses.
